Thank you for exploring our booking terms page, our swim school operates slightly different to most, in that we do not offer group swims. You will swim with our swim teacher on a 121 basis at a set time and day every week. Please familiarise yourself with our terms below:
Booking Terms and Conditions
YOUR SWIM TIME / DAY
You are allocated a set time / day to swim with Splashnswim, this will be allocated after booking your membership.
PRICING
This is our set monthly charge, and doesn't alter depending on if you receive 4 swims or 5 swims in the given month.
CANCELLING ONE LESSON
If you need to cancel a specific swim lesson within the month, you must give 1 weeks notice (using form below) to allow us to inform the pool owner and reduce our hire change. Without this notice, we will not be able to "bank this lesson for you" and provide it to you at a later date. Please note you can only accept a maximum of 1 lesson per month.
All banked lessons will be swam at the end of your membership, alternatively if you bank four lessons we may pause your membership payments for one month allowing you to utilise these. Note this isn't automatically guaranteed as we can only pause so many members payments each and every month.
We reserve the right to cancel any membership whereby cancellations are continously made at short notice, the reason for doing so is absense creates gaps in the working schedule of the teachers we employ.
MONETARY REFUNDS
We do not issue monetary refunds for memberships or specific swims, so please ensure you understand the terms and conditions and how the membership scheme works prior to purchasing.
Once you cancel your membership, any swims banked will be honoured and we let you know when your final swim date is. The reason for this is due to us paying for the pool in advance based on demand.

PAYMENT DATE
After booking, we will change your payment date to the first of every month. This may mean you are owed a certain number of swims after you cancel your swim plan with us, which will be honored after your plan is cancelled.
SPOTTER
As we swim on a 121 basis, there may be occasions whereby the only people at the venue are you, your child and the teacher. If an emergency occurs in the pool, it is your responsibility to raise the alarm and contact the necessary emergency services to assist. Meanwhile the teacher will continue to manage the situation in the pool with the child.
CHANGE OF LESSON TIMES
We reserve the right to change lesson times whilst giving you adequate notice. We do our utmost to not alter session start times, however we have to ensure there are not large gaps between lessons. This allows us to keep the cost of our services down and ensure we are not losing un-neccesary funds through pool hire when it is not being used.
